and make outgoing calls to Indian numbers using 0 as prefix.
Steps for OpenVPN setup:
Install OpenVPN client Connect from https://openvpn.net/vpn-client/ - Available for all platforms 
such as Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS and Linux.
Once installed, launch the OpenVPN client app
Click on File Tab and Browse the OpenVPN client file which is attached.
Click on the "Connect after Import" Checkbox.
Click on "Add" Button.
Please note that 1 VPN Config is to be used for 1 agent system only. Each agent's VPN Config File 
has their name in it.
Options for 3rd Party Softphone Application:

Steps to configure Softphone Extension:
Open any SIP based softphone client such as Eyebeam, X-Lite, Zoiper, Bria, Linphone etc.
Go to the option to add a new SIP account.
Use the Extension ID, Password and Domain mentioned in the attached document to configure
 the extension.
Connect to OpenVPN.
Enable the SIP account.
Please note that the extension will only register on the network when OpenVPN is connected and
 it is only to be used one 1 system at a time.
